🥗 Dal Fry

Ingredients
- 150g yellow lentils
- 1 onion
- 1 tomato
- 1 Stück ginger
- 2 Zehen garlic
- 1 TL cumin seeds
- zum Garnieren cilantro
- 2 EL oil
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the lentils well and bring to a boil in a pot with 500 ml of water.
- 2. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes until soft.
- 3. Finely chop onion, ginger, and garlic, and sauté in oil.
- 4. Add the diced tomato and sauté for another 5 minutes.
- 5. Add the cumin seeds and mix well.
- 6. Add the cooked lentils, mix well, and adjust with water as needed. Season with salt.
- 7. Garnish the Dal Fry with fresh cilantro and serve.
