Ingredients
- 500g Beef
- 2 Onion
- 1 Red Bell Pepper
- 2 Tomatoes
- 2 Zehen Garlic
- 1 EL Paprika Powder
- 1 TL Caraway Seeds
- 500ml Beef Broth
- 2 EL Oil
- n. B. Salt
- n. B. Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Cut beef into cubes and sauté in oil.
- 2. Add onions and bell peppers and sauté until soft.
- 3. Add tomatoes and garlic and sauté briefly.
- 4. Add paprika powder and caraway seeds.
- 5. Deglaze with beef broth and simmer for 2 hours.
