Ingredients
- 400g Beef
- 2 Onions
- 2 bell pepper
- 3 Zehen Garlic
- 2 EL Tomato paste
- 1 TL Caraway
- 500ml Water
- nach Geschmack Pepper and salt
Instructions
- 1. 1. Cut the beef into cubes and brown.
- 2. 2. Add onion, garlic, and paprika, sauté until translucent.
- 3. 3. Stir in tomato paste and caraway.
- 4. 4. Deglaze with water and simmer for 1 hour.
- 5. 5. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
