Ingredients
- 500 Goat meat
- 2 Curry powder
- 1 Onion
- 200 Coconut milk
- 3 Garlic
- 20 Ginger
Instructions
- 1. Cut the goat meat into cubes and mix with curry powder, onion, garlic, and ginger. Marinate for at least 60 minutes.
- 2. In a large pot, sear the meat until browned.
- 3. Add coconut milk, bring to a boil, then reduce heat. Simmer for 60-90 minutes until the meat is tender.
