  1. 1. Cut the chicken breast into cubes and marinate with yogurt, 1 tbsp curry powder, 1 tsp salt, and pepper. Let it rest in the fridge for 1 hour.
  2. 2. Finely chop the onion, garlic, and ginger.
  3. 3. Heat the butter in a large pan and sauté the onion until translucent.
  4. 4. Add the garlic and ginger and sauté for another 1-2 minutes.
  5. 5. Add the marinated chicken pieces, the tomato puree, the remaining curry powder, cumin, and paprika. Stir well and simmer for 15 minutes.
  6. 6. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve.
