Ingredients
- 400g Chicken breast
- 150g Yogurt
- 50g butter
- 1 Stück Onion
- 3 Stück Garlic cloves
- 1 Stück (2cm) Ginger
- 200g Tomato puree
- 2 EL Curry powder
- 1 TL Cumin
- 1 TL Paprika powder
- 1 TL Salt
- 0.5 TL Pepper
- zum Garnieren Fresh coriander leaves
Instructions
- 1. Cut the chicken breast into cubes and marinate with yogurt, 1 tbsp curry powder, 1 tsp salt, and pepper. Let it rest in the fridge for 1 hour.
- 2. Finely chop the onion, garlic, and ginger.
- 3. Heat the butter in a large pan and sauté the onion until translucent.
- 4. Add the garlic and ginger and sauté for another 1-2 minutes.
- 5. Add the marinated chicken pieces, the tomato puree, the remaining curry powder, cumin, and paprika. Stir well and simmer for 15 minutes.
- 6. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve.
