Ingredients
- 50g Tamarind Paste
- 100g Sugar
- 1 Lemon
- 500ml Water
- einige Blätter Mint
Instructions
- 1. Blend tamarind paste with water and sugar in a blender.
- 2. Juice the lemon and add to the mix.
- 3. Stir well and strain to remove solids.
- 4. Serve in glasses with ice and mint leaves.
