🥗 Cuban Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients
- 2 Bell peppers
- 300g Ground beef
- 1 Onion
- 100g Black beans
- 2 Tomatoes
- 1 TL Cumin
- 100g Cheese
Instructions
- 1. Sauté onion in a pan.
- 2. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- 3. Add tomatoes and black beans, seasoning with cumin.
- 4. Hollow out the peppers and fill with the mixture.
- 5. Sprinkle with cheese and bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
- 6. Serve hot.
