Ingredients
- 2 Cuban Bread
- 100g Sliced Roast Pork
- 100g Ham
- 2 Scheiben Swiss Cheese
- 2 EL Dijon Mustard
- 4 Scheiben Pickles
- 1 EL butter
- nach Geschmack Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Slice the bread and spread with Dijon mustard.
- 2. Layer roast pork, ham, cheese, and pickles on one half of the bread.
- 3. Top with the other half of the bread.
- 4. Butter the outside of the bread and grill in a pan.
- 5. Grill each side for 5 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
- 6. Cut in half and serve.
