🥗 Cuban Frituras de Malanga (Malanga Fritters)

Ingredients
- 250g Malanga
- 1 Onion
- 2 Garlic Cloves
- 1 Egg
- 50g Flour
- 500ml Olive Oil (for frying)
- 1 TL Salt
- 1/2 TL Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Peel and grate the malanga.
- 2. Finely chop the onion and garlic, then mix with the malanga.
- 3. Add egg, flour, salt, and pepper, and mix well.
- 4. Heat oil and drop spoonfuls of the mixture into the hot oil.
- 5. Fry until golden brown, then drain on paper towels.
- 6. Serve hot.
