Ingredients
- 300g Fish fillets (e.g. cod)
- 4 tortillas
- 1 Bund Cilantro
- 50ml Lime juice
- 200g Cabbage
- 2 EL Olive oil
Instructions
- 1. Sauté fish fillets in olive oil.
- 2. Thinly slice cabbage and mix with lime juice.
- 3. Lightly toast the tortillas.
- 4. Fill tortillas with fish, cabbage, and cilantro.
- 5. Serve immediately.
