  1. 1. Mix the flour and brown sugar in a large bowl.
  2. 2. Pour in half of the milk and whisk until smooth to avoid lumps.
  3. 3. Add the eggs and whisk further.
  4. 4. Pour in the remaining milk and melted butter. Stir everything well.
  5. 5. Let the batter rest for 15 minutes.
  6. 6. Preheat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  7. 7. Pour a small ladle of batter into the pan and swirl it to cover the bottom.
  8. 8. Cook the crêpe for approx. 2 minutes until edges are golden brown. Flip and cook for 1 minute on the other side.
  9. 9. Repeat this with the remaining batter.
  10. 10. Caramelize the sugar with the water in a small pan over medium heat until golden brown.
  11. 11. Stir the sliced almonds into the hot caramel.
  12. 12. Fill the crêpes with the almond-caramel mixture and roll them up.
