🥔 Crispy Pimientos de Padrón Croquettes

Ingredients
- 250 g Padrón peppers
- 20 g butter
- 1 Prise salt
- 4 EL mayonnaise
- 1/2 TL chili powder
Instructions
- 1. Wash the Padrón peppers and dry them thoroughly.
- 2. Heat a large frying pan over medium-high heat and add the butter.
- 3. Place the Padrón peppers in the pan and fry until lightly browned and blistered (approx. 8 minutes). Turn them occasionally.
- 4. Remove the Padrón peppers from the heat and sprinkle with salt.
- 5. In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise with the chili powder.
- 6. Serve the hot Padrón peppers directly with the chili mayo for dipping.
