  1. 1. Fry the cooked ham in a large pan with half the butter over medium heat for approx. 1-2 minutes until golden brown and place it on a plate.
  2. 2. Spread the sour cream seasoned with a pinch of salt and pepper onto two slices of toast bread.
  3. 3. Place two slices of cheese and one slice of ham on each of the sour cream-coated toast slices.
  4. 4. Cover the filling with the remaining toast slices and press them down lightly.
  5. 5. Fry the sandwiches in the still hot pan with the remaining butter on both sides for approx. 2-3 minutes until crispy and golden brown.
  6. 6. Remove the sandwiches from the pan and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  7. 7. Fry the eggs to completion as sunny-side-up eggs in the same pan.
  8. 8. Place a sunny-side-up egg on each sandwich and serve immediately while hot.
