🥗 Crispy Tofu Rice Bowl with Peanut Sauce

Ingredients
- 150 g rice
- 200 g tofu
- 3 EL peanut butter
- 2 EL soy sauce
- 1 Stück cucumber
- 1 Stück carrot
- 1 EL lime juice
- 1 Handvoll coriander
Instructions
- 1. Cook rice according to package instructions and drain.
- 2. Cut tofu into cubes and fry in a pan until golden brown.
- 3. Combine peanut butter, soy sauce, and lime juice in a bowl.
- 4. Cut cucumber and carrot into sticks.
- 5. Serve rice in bowls, top with tofu and drizzle with peanut sauce.
