Ingredients
- 1 Tasse sushi rice
- 2 Stück nori sheets
- 1 Stück avocado
- 1 Stück carrots
- 2 EL soy sauce
- 1 EL sesame oil
Instructions
- 1. Cook sushi rice according to instructions and let cool.
- 2. Slice avocado and carrot into strips.
- 3. Place a nori sheet on a sushi mat and spread a layer of rice on top.
- 4. Place avocado and carrot evenly in the center.
- 5. Roll the sushi, slice into pieces, and serve.
