🥗 Crispy Rice Bowl with Avocado

Ingredients
- 2 Tassen cooked rice
- 1 Stück avocado
- 2 EL soy sauce
- 1 EL sesame oil
- 2 Stück spring onions
- 1 EL sesame seeds
Instructions
- 1. Spread the rice flat in a pan and fry over medium heat until the bottom is golden brown and crispy.
- 2. Slice the avocado and finely chop the spring onions.
- 3. Once the rice is done, drizzle with soy sauce and sesame oil.
- 4. Top with avocado slices and spring onions.
- 5. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
