🥗 Crispy Rice Bowl with Vegetables and Eggs

Ingredients
- 150 g rice
- 1 Stück bell pepper
- 1 Stück zucchini
- 1 Stück carrot
- 2 Stück eggs
- 2 EL soy sauce
- 2 EL olive oil
- 1 Handvoll chives
Instructions
- 1. Cook rice according to package instructions and drain.
- 2. Dice bell pepper, zucchini, and carrot, and sauté in a pan with olive oil.
- 3. Add vegetables to the pan along with soy sauce and stir-fry briefly.
- 4. Fry eggs in a separate pan.
- 5. Serve rice in bowls, top with vegetables and place a fried egg on top.
