🥔 Crispy Rustic Patatas Bravas

Ingredients
- 800 g Potatoes (waxy)
- 60 ml Olive oil
- 12 g Paprika powder (hot)
- 30 g Tomato paste
- 5 g Bouillon powder (shrimp or beef)
- 80 ml Water
- 8 g Salt
- 10 g Garlic (pressed)
Instructions
- 1. Wash the potatoes and cut them into cubes of approx. 2 cm size.
- 2. Preheat the oven to 200 °C (392 °F) top/bottom heat.
- 3. Toss the potato cubes with the oil and salt in a large bowl and mix well.
- 4. Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet and bake them for 25 minutes until crispy.
- 5. Meanwhile, mix the tomato paste, hot paprika powder, bouillon powder, and water in a small saucepan. Heat it briefly until a thick sauce forms.
- 6. Stir the pressed garlic into the hot sauce and remove it from the heat.
- 7. Pour the sauce over the finished potatoes and serve warm.
