🥦 Crispy Cauliflower Tian with Basil Yoghurt

Ingredients
- 600 g Cauliflower (small)
- 250 g Cherry tomatoes
- 30 ml Coconut oil
- 30 g Basil (fresh)
- 150 g Natural yoghurt
- 15 ml Lemon (juice)
- 5 g Salt
- 2 g Black pepper
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Wash the cauliflower and cut it into small florets.
- 2. Toss the cauliflower in a bowl with the coconut oil, half of the salt, and the pepper. Place everything in a baking dish.
- 3. Wash the tomatoes and pierce them lightly with a fork. Arrange them around the cauliflower in the dish.
- 4. Bake the vegetables in the oven for 25 minutes until the cauliflower is golden brown and tender.
- 5. In the meantime, wash the basil and blend it with the yoghurt, lemon juice, and remaining salt to make a sauce.
- 6. Remove the baking dish from the oven and drizzle the tian with the basil yoghurt sauce. Serve immediately.
