  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Wash the cauliflower and cut it into small florets.
  2. 2. Toss the cauliflower in a bowl with the coconut oil, half of the salt, and the pepper. Place everything in a baking dish.
  3. 3. Wash the tomatoes and pierce them lightly with a fork. Arrange them around the cauliflower in the dish.
  4. 4. Bake the vegetables in the oven for 25 minutes until the cauliflower is golden brown and tender.
  5. 5. In the meantime, wash the basil and blend it with the yoghurt, lemon juice, and remaining salt to make a sauce.
  6. 6. Remove the baking dish from the oven and drizzle the tian with the basil yoghurt sauce. Serve immediately.
