🥞 Vanilla Quark Crêpes with Berries

Ingredients
- 120 g All-purpose flour
- 250 ml Milk
- 2 Stück Eggs
- 150 g Low-fat quark (cottage cheese)
- 1 Päckchen Vanilla sugar
- 20 g Butter
- 150 g Mixed berries
Instructions
- 1. Whisk flour, milk, eggs, and vanilla sugar in a bowl until smooth.
- 2. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease with butter.
- 3. Pour a thin layer of batter into the pan and cook each crêpe for approx. 2 minutes per side until golden.
- 4. Stir the quark in a small bowl until smooth.
- 5. Fill the warm crêpes with quark and berries and roll them up.
