🥞 Crepes with Chocolate-Banana Filling

Ingredients
- 125 g wheat flour
- 3 Stück eggs (size M)
- 250 ml milk
- 15 g sugar
- 10 g butter (for frying)
- 50 g dark chocolate (70% cocoa)
- 2 Stück bananas
- 20 g walnuts (ground)
Instructions
- 1. Mix flour, sugar, and a pinch of salt in a bowl.
- 2. Add the eggs and half of the milk and whisk until smooth.
- 3. Pour in the remaining milk slowly while stirring until the batter is thick.
- 4. Slice the bananas and melt the chocolate in a small pan over low heat while stirring (melt).
- 5. Heat a non-stick pan and grease it lightly with butter.
- 6. Pour a small ladle of batter into the pan and immediately tilt the pan so the batter thinly covers the bottom.
- 7. Fry the crêpe for 1-2 minutes until golden brown, and flip it once.
- 8. Repeat this step with the remaining batter until you have 8 crêpes.
- 9. Place the banana slices on half of each crêpe and add a spoonful of chocolate melt on top.
- 10. Fold the crêpe in half, sprinkle with ground walnuts, and serve immediately while warm.
