  1. 1. Mix flour, sugar, and a pinch of salt in a bowl.
  2. 2. Add the eggs and half of the milk and whisk until smooth.
  3. 3. Pour in the remaining milk slowly while stirring until the batter is thick.
  4. 4. Slice the bananas and melt the chocolate in a small pan over low heat while stirring (melt).
  5. 5. Heat a non-stick pan and grease it lightly with butter.
  6. 6. Pour a small ladle of batter into the pan and immediately tilt the pan so the batter thinly covers the bottom.
  7. 7. Fry the crêpe for 1-2 minutes until golden brown, and flip it once.
  8. 8. Repeat this step with the remaining batter until you have 8 crêpes.
  9. 9. Place the banana slices on half of each crêpe and add a spoonful of chocolate melt on top.
  10. 10. Fold the crêpe in half, sprinkle with ground walnuts, and serve immediately while warm.
