🥞 Puffed Crepes

Ingredients
- 100 g Flour
- 250 ml Milk
- 2 Stück Eggs
- 20 g Butter
- 30 g Sugar
- 150 g Strawberries
- 15 g Icing sugar
Instructions
- 1. Mix the flour, half of the milk, and the eggs in a bowl to form a smooth batter. Stir vigorously to avoid lumps.
- 2. Mix the remaining milk with the melted butter and stir it into the batter. Let the batter rest for 30 minutes.
- 3. Make thin crepes in a non-stick pan. Let them cool slightly.
- 4. Layer 2-3 crepes on top of each other in a heatproof dish. Sprinkle them with sugar.
- 5. Place the dish under the oven grill. Supervise carefully until the crepes are puffed up and golden brown.
- 6. Slice the strawberries. Place them on the hot crepes and sprinkle everything with icing sugar.
- 7. Serve the dish immediately while the crepes are still crispy.
