  1. 1. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
  2. 2. Wash and slice the bell peppers and onion into strips. Press the garlic.
  3. 3. Heat the oil in a large pan and sear the chicken over high heat for 4 minutes until browned.
  4. 4. Remove the meat from the pan and sauté the onions and peppers in the same fat for 5 minutes.
  5. 5. Add the garlic and paprika powder and stir for 1 minute.
  6. 6. Return the chicken to the pan and stir in the crème fraîche.
  7. 7. Let everything simmer gently for 2 minutes until the sauce thickens, and serve hot.
