🍗 Creamy Chicken-Pepper Pot (20 Min)

Ingredients
- 600 g Chicken breast
- 300 g Bell peppers (mixed)
- 100 g Onion
- 2 Stück Garlic cloves
- 200 g Crème Fraîche
- 10 g Paprika powder (sweet)
- 6 g Salt
- 1 g Black pepper
- 20 ml Sunflower oil
Instructions
- 1. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
- 2. Wash and slice the bell peppers and onion into strips. Press the garlic.
- 3. Heat the oil in a large pan and sear the chicken over high heat for 4 minutes until browned.
- 4. Remove the meat from the pan and sauté the onions and peppers in the same fat for 5 minutes.
- 5. Add the garlic and paprika powder and stir for 1 minute.
- 6. Return the chicken to the pan and stir in the crème fraîche.
- 7. Let everything simmer gently for 2 minutes until the sauce thickens, and serve hot.
