🥘 Creamy Potato and Spinach Skillet

Ingredients
- 600 g Waxy potatoes
- 200 g Frozen spinach
- 2 Stück Onions
- 3 Stück Garlic cloves
- 200 ml Heavy cream (20% fat)
- 100 ml Beef broth
- 20 g Butter
- 1 EL Olive oil
- 1 Prise Nutmeg
- nach Bedarf Salt and pepper
Instructions
- 1. Peel potatoes and cut into small cubes. Boil in salted water for 15 minutes until tender. Drain.
- 2. Finely chop onions and garlic. Fry in olive oil and butter for 3 minutes until translucent.
- 3. Add frozen spinach and let it thaw while stirring. Pour in cream and broth.
- 4. Add potatoes to the sauce and gently fold in. Simmer for 5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- 5. Season with nutmeg, salt, and pepper. Serve immediately.
