🥚 Creamy Egg-Baguette

Ingredients
- 4 Stück Eggs (large)
- 100 g Yogurt (plain)
- 10 g Chives (chopped)
- 1 Stück Baguette
- 20 g Butter
- 1 Prise Salt and pepper
Instructions
- 1. Boil the eggs in a pot of water for 9 minutes (soft-boiled).
- 2. Peel the eggs and chop them roughly in a bowl.
- 3. Stir the yogurt into the eggs and season with salt and pepper.
- 4. Slice the baguette open and spread the inside with butter.
- 5. Fill half of the bread with the egg mixture and garnish with chives.
