🥘 Creamy Beans with Garlic Bread

Ingredients
- 2 x 400 g Kidney beans (from can)
- 1 x 400 g Tomatoes (peeled, from can)
- 1 Stück Onion
- 3 Stück Garlic cloves
- 1 TL Paprika powder (sweet)
- 2 EL Olive oil
- 4 Scheiben Toast bread
- 20 g Butter
Instructions
- 1. Finely chop the onion and garlic.
- 2. Heat the olive oil in a pot and sauté the onion for 3 minutes until translucent.
- 3. Add the garlic and paprika powder and fry for 1 minute briefly.
- 4. Add the drained beans and tomatoes. Let the sauce simmer for 10 minutes.
- 5. Spread the butter on the toast slices and place them under the oven grill until golden brown.
- 6. Serve the hot bean mixture in a bowl with the toast bread on the side.
