🧀 Savoyard Cream with Bacon Crust

Ingredients
- 200 g Emmental cheese, grated
- 100 g Cream cheese
- 150 ml Heavy cream
- 150 g Bacon strips
- 2 Stück Garlic, crushed
- 15 g Mustard
- 1 g Nutmeg
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius top/bottom heat.
- 2. Fry the bacon strips in a pan until crispy and remove them.
- 3. Mix the cream cheese, cream, mustard, garlic and nutmeg in a bowl to form a smooth sauce.
- 4. Add half of the grated cheese and half of the bacon pieces to the sauce and stir.
- 5. Fill the mixture into a baking dish and sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
- 6. Place the remaining bacon strips as a crust on the cheese layer.
- 7. Bake the dish for 15 minutes until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
