  2. 2. Melt butter and soften finely chopped onions in a pot.
  3. 3. Pour in white wine and reduce by half.
  4. 4. Add cream and bring to a brief boil.
  5. 5. Place fish pieces in the sauce and let cook covered over medium heat for 8-10 minutes. Do not stir too vigorously.
  6. 6. Wash dill, chop, and add to the cream sauce.
  7. 7. Season with lemon juice and serve.
