🍲 Cream of Three Fish

Ingredients
- 150 g Trout fillet
- 150 g Salmon fillet
- 150 g Plaice fillet
- 40 g Butter
- 1 Stück Onion
- 100 ml White wine
- 200 ml Heavy cream
- 1 Bund Dill
- 1 Stück Lemon
- nach Bedarf Salt and pepper
Instructions
- 1. Cut fish fillets into large chunks and season with salt and pepper.
- 2. Melt butter and soften finely chopped onions in a pot.
- 3. Pour in white wine and reduce by half.
- 4. Add cream and bring to a brief boil.
- 5. Place fish pieces in the sauce and let cook covered over medium heat for 8-10 minutes. Do not stir too vigorously.
- 6. Wash dill, chop, and add to the cream sauce.
- 7. Season with lemon juice and serve.
