🥗 Crème Brûlée

Ingredients
- 250 ml Cream
- 50 g Sugar
- 1 Vanilla pod
- 4 Egg yolk
- zum Karamellisieren Brown sugar
Instructions
- 1. Heat cream with half of the sugar and vanilla pod until boiling.
- 2. Beat egg yolks with the remaining sugar until frothy.
- 3. Slowly pour the hot cream into the egg yolks, stirring well.
- 4. Pour the mixture into molds and bake in a water bath at 160°C for about 30 minutes.
- 5. Let cool, then sprinkle with brown sugar and caramelize.
