🥗 Crème Brûlée

Ingredients
- 200 ml Heavy Cream
- 3 Stück Egg Yolks
- 30 g Sugar
- 1 Stück Vanilla Bean
- 1 EL Brown Sugar
Instructions
- 1. Bring cream to a boil with the split vanilla bean.
- 2. Whisk egg yolks and sugar until frothy.
- 3. Slowly stir hot cream into eggs.
- 4. Fill mixture into heatproof dishes and bake in a water bath for 30 minutes.
- 5. Let cool, sprinkle with brown sugar, and caramelize.
