  5. 5. Cook the cream over medium heat, stirring constantly, for 3 to 4 minutes until it thickens.
  6. 6. Spread the hot cream into 4 small cups or a shallow baking dish.
  7. 7. Let the cream cool down and then refrigerate for 30 minutes.
