🥣 Crunchy Milk Semolina Cream with Cinnamon

Ingredients
- 500 ml Whole milk
- 80 g Sugar
- 50 g Semolina (medium)
- 1 EL All-purpose flour
- 1 Stk Cinnamon stick
- 1 Prise Cinnamon (ground, for dusting)
- 1 Stk Lemon zest (grated)
Instructions
- 1. Heat the milk with the lemon zest and cinnamon stick in a saucepan until it boils briefly.
- 2. Remove the cinnamon stick and lemon zest.
- 3. Whisk sugar, semolina, and flour in a small bowl.
- 4. Pour the hot milk slowly into the flour mixture while stirring constantly.
- 5. Cook the cream over medium heat, stirring constantly, for 3 to 4 minutes until it thickens.
- 6. Spread the hot cream into 4 small cups or a shallow baking dish.
- 7. Let the cream cool down and then refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- 8. Evenly dust the cold cream with ground cinnamon before serving.
