  1. 1. Chop the chocolate roughly and melt it in a double boiler or in short intervals in the microwave. Stir until the mass is smooth. Let it cool down slightly.
  2. 2. Mix the mascarpone with the sugar in a bowl until a smooth cream is formed.
  3. 3. Whip the heavy cream in a separate bowl until stiff peaks form.
  4. 4. Mix the melted chocolate with the mascarpone cream mix.
  5. 5. Gently fold in the stiffly whipped cream and the cocoa into the chocolate mass until no white streaks are visible.
  6. 6. Place the cream in four serving glasses and put them in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
