🍫 Chocolate Mascarpone Cream

Ingredients
- 250 g Mascarpone cheese
- 200 ml Heavy cream (30 % fat)
- 30 g Sugar
- 15 g Cocoa powder (unsweetened)
- 50 g Dark chocolate (at least 70 % cocoa)
Instructions
- 1. Chop the chocolate roughly and melt it in a double boiler or in short intervals in the microwave. Stir until the mass is smooth. Let it cool down slightly.
- 2. Mix the mascarpone with the sugar in a bowl until a smooth cream is formed.
- 3. Whip the heavy cream in a separate bowl until stiff peaks form.
- 4. Mix the melted chocolate with the mascarpone cream mix.
- 5. Gently fold in the stiffly whipped cream and the cocoa into the chocolate mass until no white streaks are visible.
- 6. Place the cream in four serving glasses and put them in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
