🥗 Creamy Chickpea Antipasti with Chili

Ingredients
- 400 g Chickpeas (can)
- 30 ml Lemon juice
- 150 g Plain yogurt (low-fat)
- 1 Stück Small chili pepper
- 1 Stück Garlic clove
- 20 ml Olive oil
- 5 g Sweet paprika powder
- 3 g Salt
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the chickpeas thoroughly under cold water and place them in a bowl.
- 2. Chop the chili pepper finely and press the garlic clove through a garlic press.
- 3. Mix the yogurt with the lemon juice, olive oil, paprika powder, salt, chili, and garlic.
- 4. Pour the dressing sauce over the chickpeas and mix everything gently.
- 5. Let the antipasti sit for 5 minutes to allow the flavors to infuse.
- 6. Serve the salad cool as an antipasti or side dish.
