  1. 1. Mix the flour with the baking powder and add a portion of the sugar. Stir everything together with your fingers.
  2. 2. Add the cold, cubed butter and quickly knead everything into a coarse crumb dough. Chill the dough for 15 minutes in the refrigerator.
  3. 3. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Take the dough out of the fridge and form small strudels from the crumbs.
  4. 4. Whisk the eggs with the remaining sugar, the milk, and the lemon juice in a bowl.
  5. 5. Place the strudels in a baking dish and pour the egg mixture over them.
  6. 6. Bake the dish for 30 minutes in the oven until the surface is golden brown.
