  1. 1. Heat milk, 50 g sugar, lemon peel, and cinnamon stick in a pot almost to boiling.
  2. 2. Remove the pot from the heat. Remove lemon peel and cinnamon stick.
  3. 3. Mix corn starch with the remaining 30 g sugar. Stir a small amount of warm milk into the starch until a smooth paste forms.
  4. 4. Pour the starch-milk paste into the pot. Keep stirring until the cream thickens.
  5. 5. Fill the hot cream into 4 small molds. Let them cool in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
  6. 6. Brush a thin layer of coconut oil on top of the cream. Sprinkle a thin layer of sugar on top.
  7. 7. Brown the sugar with a kitchen torch. Let the cream stay cold for 5 minutes before eating.
