🥧 Creative Currant Crostata

Ingredients
- 300 g Puff pastry (thawed)
- 250 g Currants (red or black)
- 40 g Sugar
- 10 g Cornstarch
- 15 ml Lemon juice
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius top/bottom heat.
- 2. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface to a size of approx. 30x40 cm.
- 3. Toss the currants with the sugar, cornstarch, and lemon juice in a bowl.
- 4. Place the pastry on a baking sheet and put the fruit mixture in the center, leaving a border of approx. 3 cm.
- 5. Fold the pastry from the two long sides over the filling, leaving the center open.
- 6. Bake the crostata for 25 minutes, until the pastry is golden brown and risen.
