🍲 Creamy Zucchini-Meat Lasagna

Ingredients
- 400 g ground beef
- 200 g zucchini
- 16 Stück lasagna sheets
- 250 g ricotta cheese
- 50 g parmesan cheese
- 2 EL tomato paste
- 1 Stück onion
- 2 Stück garlic cloves
- 10 g basil
- 1 TL salt
- 1/2 TL black pepper
- 2 EL olive oil
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Finely chop the onion and garlic and fry them in a pot with olive oil.
- 2. Add the ground meat and brown it. Stir in the tomato paste and season with salt and pepper.
- 3. Wash the zucchini and slice it into long, thin strips. Place half of the zucchini strips in a baking dish.
- 4. Spread the meat sauce evenly over the zucchini layer. Place the lasagna sheets on top.
- 5. Mix the ricotta with half of the grated parmesan. Spread this mixture over the sheet layer.
- 6. Repeat the layers with zucchini, remaining sauce, sheets, and ricotta mixture. Top with the remaining parmesan and basil.
- 7. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 40 minutes. Remove the foil for the last 10 minutes.
