🍝 Creamy Zucchini Gnocchi with Tuna

Ingredients
- 400 g Gnocchi (potato)
- 200 g Zucchini
- 150 g Tuna in own juice (drained)
- 150 ml Heavy cream (15% fat)
- 30 g Parmesan (grated)
- 2 EL Olive oil
- 1 TL Salt
- 1/2 TL Black pepper
Instructions
- 1. Sauté the diced zucchini in a pot with olive oil over medium heat for 5 minutes.
- 2. Add the gnocchi to boiling salted water and cook according to package instructions (approx. 3 minutes) until they float.
- 3. Add the drained tuna to the zucchini and stir in the cream. Let the sauce simmer for 2 minutes.
- 4. Remove the gnocchi with a slotted spoon and add them to the sauce. Fold in the Parmesan and pepper. Serve immediately.
