🍝 Creamy Turkey Pasta Bake Prep

Ingredients
- 400 g Chicken breast or turkey breast
- 250 g Penne pasta
- 150 g Onions
- 4 Stück Garlic cloves
- 20 g Tomato paste
- 200 ml Chicken broth
- 100 g Crème fraîche or sour cream
- 50 g Parmesan (grated)
- 10 g Paprika powder (sweet)
- 5 g Salt
- 10 g Parsley (fresh, chopped)
Instructions
- 1. Bring water for pasta to a boil in a pot and add salt.
- 2. Cook pasta al dente (still firm to bite) according to package instructions, drain.
- 3. Finely chop onions and garlic.
- 4. Cut meat into small cubes.
- 5. Heat some oil in a large pan, sear meat until golden brown.
- 6. Add onions and garlic, sauté for 2 minutes.
- 7. Stir in tomato paste, roast for 1 minute.
- 8. Pour in chicken broth and stir in paprika powder.
- 9. Stir in crème fraîche and simmer lightly until sauce thickens.
- 10. Toss in cooked pasta and sprinkle in parmesan.
- 11. Fold in parsley and fill into meal prep boxes portion-wise.
