  1. 1. Cook the penne in salted water al dente (firm to the bite) according to package instructions. Reserve 100 ml of cooking water.
  2. 2. Finely chop the onion and garlic. Wash and quarter the mushrooms.
  3. 3. Fry the turkey strips in 10 ml oil in a large pan for approx. 5 minutes until golden brown. Remove them.
  4. 4. Fry the onions and mushrooms in the remaining oil for approx. 5 minutes until soft and golden brown.
  5. 5. Add the garlic and paprika powder and stir for 1 more minute.
  6. 6. Pour the cream into the pan and let it simmer slightly. Season with salt and parsley.
  7. 7. Return the pasta and turkey strips to the pan. Mix everything well with the cooking water.
  8. 8. Let the sauce thicken for 2 minutes. Portion the pasta into 4 containers for taking away.
