🍝 Creamy Turkey Arrabbiata

Ingredients
- 240 g Spaghetti
- 300 g Turkey breast (diced)
- 250 ml Passata (strained tomatoes)
- 40 g Crème fraîche or sour cream
- 3 g Chili flakes
- 10 g Garlic (pressed)
- 15 ml Olive oil
- 5 g Salt
- 5 g Basil (fresh)
Instructions
- 1. Sear the turkey cubes in olive oil in a large pan over medium heat until golden brown. Remove the meat from the pan.
- 2. Sauté the garlic in the same pan for 1 minute until fragrant.
- 3. Add the passata and chili flakes. Let the sauce simmer for 5 minutes.
- 4. Boil the spaghetti in salted water al dente. Reserve 100 ml of cooking water.
- 5. Stir the sour cream into the tomato sauce to make it creamy.
- 6. Return the turkey meat to the sauce. Toss in the drained pasta and mix everything with the cooking water.
- 7. Season with salt and garnish with fresh basil.
