  1. 1. Sear the turkey cubes in olive oil in a large pan over medium heat until golden brown. Remove the meat from the pan.
  2. 2. Sauté the garlic in the same pan for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add the passata and chili flakes. Let the sauce simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. 4. Boil the spaghetti in salted water al dente. Reserve 100 ml of cooking water.
  5. 5. Stir the sour cream into the tomato sauce to make it creamy.
  6. 6. Return the turkey meat to the sauce. Toss in the drained pasta and mix everything with the cooking water.
  7. 7. Season with salt and garnish with fresh basil.
