🍲 Creamy Tomato Soup

Ingredients
- 500g Tomatoes
- 1 Onion
- 2 Zehen Garlic
- 500ml Vegetable Broth
- 100ml Cream
- 1 EL Olive Oil
Instructions
- 1. Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil until translucent.
- 2. Add tomatoes and simmer for 10 minutes.
- 3. Add vegetable broth and cook for 15 minutes.
- 4. Blend with an immersion blender until smooth.
- 5. Stir in cream and season with salt and pepper.
