🍝 Creamy Chili Tomato Penne with Basil

Ingredients
- 400 g Penne pasta
- 500 g Cherry tomatoes
- 200 ml Heavy cream
- 10 g Red pepper flakes
- 60 g Parmesan cheese
- 30 g Basil
Instructions
- 1. Cook the penne in salted water until al dente.
- 2. Heat a large pan and add the halved cherry tomatoes and red pepper flakes. Cook for 5 minutes until soft.
- 3. Pour the heavy cream into the pan and stir until the sauce simmers gently.
- 4. Add the drained pasta to the sauce and mix everything well.
- 5. Remove the pan from the heat, stir in the grated parmesan and fold in the torn basil leaves.
