  2. 2. Pour the passata and cream into the pot. Stir and let the sauce simmer gently for 5 minutes.
  3. 3. Cook the gnocchi in a separate pot of salted water according to package instructions until al dente. Lift them with a slotted spoon into the tomato sauce.
  4. 4. Season the sauce with salt and pepper. Mix everything gently and sprinkle the grated Parmesan over it.
  5. 5. Serve the dish immediately, garnished with fresh basil leaves.
