🍅 Creamy Tomato Gnocchi with Basil

Ingredients
- 500 g Gnocchi (potato dumplings)
- 400 ml Passata (strained tomatoes)
- 100 ml Cream (15% fat)
- 1 Stk Onion
- 2 Stk Garlic cloves
- 30 g Parmesan (grated)
- 10 Blätter Basil (fresh)
- 1 EL Olive oil
- 1 Prise Salt
- 1 Prise Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Finely chop the onion and garlic and sauté them in a pot with olive oil over medium heat until translucent.
- 2. Pour the passata and cream into the pot. Stir and let the sauce simmer gently for 5 minutes.
- 3. Cook the gnocchi in a separate pot of salted water according to package instructions until al dente. Lift them with a slotted spoon into the tomato sauce.
- 4. Season the sauce with salt and pepper. Mix everything gently and sprinkle the grated Parmesan over it.
- 5. Serve the dish immediately, garnished with fresh basil leaves.
