🍝 Creamy Tomato Basil Pasta

Ingredients
- 320 g Spaghetti
- 400 ml Passated tomatoes
- 200 g Ricotta
- 15 g Fresh basil
- 20 ml Olive oil
- 10 g Salt
- 2 g Black pepper
Instructions
- 1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the spaghetti al dente (firm to the bite).
- 2. Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- 3. Pour the passated tomatoes into the pan and let them simmer for 5 minutes until they thicken.
- 4. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the ricotta until a creamy sauce forms.
- 5. Gently fold the drained spaghetti into the sauce and mix well.
- 6. Crush the fresh basil with your hands and sprinkle it on top. Season with salt and pepper.
