🍝 Creamy Pasta with Sun-Dried Tomatoes and Spinach

Ingredients
- 250 g Penne pasta
- 150 g Cream cheese
- 100 g Sun-dried tomatoes in oil
- 100 g Fresh spinach
- 2 Zehen Garlic
- 100 ml Cream
- 30 g Parmesan
- 15 ml Olive oil
Instructions
- 1. Cook the pasta in salted water al dente. Reserve one cup of cooking water.
- 2. Chop the sun-dried tomatoes roughly. Press the garlic through a press.
- 3. Heat the olive oil in a large pan. Sauté the garlic for 1 minute.
- 4. Add the cream and the cream cheese. Stir until the cream cheese melts.
- 5. Add the sun-dried tomatoes and the spinach. Let the spinach wilt.
- 6. Add the drained pasta to the sauce. Mix everything well.
- 7. Thin the sauce with the reserved cooking water if it is too thick.
- 8. Serve the pasta sprinkled with grated parmesan.
