  1. 1. Cook the pasta in salted water al dente. Reserve one cup of cooking water.
  2. 2. Chop the sun-dried tomatoes roughly. Press the garlic through a press.
  3. 3. Heat the olive oil in a large pan. Sauté the garlic for 1 minute.
  4. 4. Add the cream and the cream cheese. Stir until the cream cheese melts.
  5. 5. Add the sun-dried tomatoes and the spinach. Let the spinach wilt.
  6. 6. Add the drained pasta to the sauce. Mix everything well.
  7. 7. Thin the sauce with the reserved cooking water if it is too thick.
  8. 8. Serve the pasta sprinkled with grated parmesan.
