🍞 Creamy Spinach Toast with Gruyère

Ingredients
- 4 Scheiben Whole grain bread (thick slices)
- 60 g Greek yogurt
- 80 g Gruyère cheese (grated)
- 80 g Fresh spinach
- 10 g Butter
- 1 Zehen Garlic (pressed)
- 1 Prise Salt and pepper
Instructions
- 1. Toast the bread in the pan in the butter on both sides until golden brown. Remove from the pan.
- 2. Add the spinach and garlic to the hot pan and sauté for 1 minute until wilted.
- 3. Mix the yogurt with salt and pepper. Stir half of the grated Gruyère into the yogurt.
- 4. Spread the yogurt-spinach mixture onto the bread. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
- 5. Bake the toast in the oven or under the grill setting of a toaster until the cheese is melted.
