  2. 2. Add the spinach and garlic to the hot pan and sauté for 1 minute until wilted.
  3. 3. Mix the yogurt with salt and pepper. Stir half of the grated Gruyère into the yogurt.
  4. 4. Spread the yogurt-spinach mixture onto the bread. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
  5. 5. Bake the toast in the oven or under the grill setting of a toaster until the cheese is melted.
