  3. 3. Add the vegetable broth and bring the mixture to a boil.
  4. 4. Reduce the heat and let the soup simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. 5. Stir in the fresh spinach and let it wilt for 2 minutes.
  6. 6. Remove the pot from the heat and stir in the crème fraîche.
  7. 7. Toast the sesame seeds in a dry pan until golden brown and sprinkle them over the soup.
