🍲 Creamy Spinach Gnocchi with Sour Cream

Ingredients
- 500 g Potato Gnocchi
- 200 g Frozen Spinach
- 200 ml Sour Cream
- 50 g Parmesan, grated
- 2 Stück Garlic cloves
- 30 g Butter
- 1 Prise Salt
Instructions
- 1. Sauté the finely chopped garlic cloves in butter over medium heat until golden brown.
- 2. Remove the garlic from the pan and add the thawed and well-drained spinach. Heat it for 2 minutes.
- 3. Drain the spinach and stir in the sour cream. Season lightly with salt.
- 4. Cook the gnocchi in a large pot of salted water al dente (according to package instructions, approx. 3-4 minutes).
- 5. Add the drained gnocchi directly to the spinach cream sauce and mix everything well.
- 6. Spread the gnocchi in a baking dish, sprinkle with Parmesan, and bake in a preheated oven (200°C) for 10 minutes.
- 7. Take the baking dish out of the oven and serve the dish hot.
