  1. 1. Sauté the finely chopped garlic cloves in butter over medium heat until golden brown.
  2. 2. Remove the garlic from the pan and add the thawed and well-drained spinach. Heat it for 2 minutes.
  3. 3. Drain the spinach and stir in the sour cream. Season lightly with salt.
  4. 4. Cook the gnocchi in a large pot of salted water al dente (according to package instructions, approx. 3-4 minutes).
  5. 5. Add the drained gnocchi directly to the spinach cream sauce and mix everything well.
  6. 6. Spread the gnocchi in a baking dish, sprinkle with Parmesan, and bake in a preheated oven (200°C) for 10 minutes.
  7. 7. Take the baking dish out of the oven and serve the dish hot.
