  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (conventional heat).
  2. 2. Finely chop the onion and the garlic.
  3. 3. Cut the chicken meat into small cubes.
  4. 4. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the chicken until golden brown.
  5. 5. Add the onions and garlic and sweat them for 2 minutes.
  6. 6. Stir in the spinach, spices, and half of the cheese. Remove the pan from the heat.
  7. 7. Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into 4 equal squares.
  8. 8. Place the filling in the center of each pastry square.
  9. 9. Fold the corners to the center, seal the edges firmly, and poke holes in the top with a fork.
  10. 10. Place the pastry pockets on a baking sheet, brush with a little oil, and bake for 25 minutes until golden brown.
